Randal G Winter Construction performed a full office renovation for our company, Semco
Instruments, during the summer of 20 11. This renovation comprised 2 break room renovations,
office demolition and construction, lighting, wiring, carpet, epoxy floors, cabinets, and painting.
The project included all areas including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, construction, and
finishing.
Randal G Winter Construction did an excellent job in managing the project, keeping us
informed, and meeting our expectations. All areas of the project were clearly explained, and
questions were asked to make sure there were no misunderstandings. Their project manager was
a pleasure to work with, and always responded immediately to our requests, phone calls,
questions, and needs. The work crew was always respectful of our business and property, and
was professional in all regards. In all cases they were professional and met superb quality
expectations.
We would not hesitate to use them again for a renovation or construction project at our facility.
In addition, due to the quality of work done at our facility, several employees are requesting home
projects from them as well!
