I just wanted to drop you a brief note to thank you and your crew for the excellent job you did with our Santa Monica facility.  It was a complex "build out" and the time frame was short, but somehow you completed the project on time and on budget.  Your crew is as good as I've seen anywhere; neat, dependable and always ready to answer questions when asked.

As with any company, Randy, the boss is only as good as the people that surround him, and you have some great folks.
