We are writing because we are literally overwhelmed by the final project that we now call home. Overwhelmed not only by the design and quality of workmanship but also by the value, trust, integrity and speed with which you and your crew work. We bought this house knowing it would need a lot of work. Most people told us our budget and goal of eight weeks was ludicrous! Our original plan included a complete custom kitchen, new roof, all new windows down to the studs, new molding throughout, new texture, new floor covering, new switches and plugs, moving a wall or two, a brand new entry system and a complete interior and exterior paint job. As you know we added three bathrooms and a myriad of details along the way. However you and your crew knew our deadline of eight weeks and did whatever was necessary to gel the job done on time, as promised. Randy, you are a man of your word. I felt immediately at ease with you compared to the other bids I had received not only was your price very fair, but I was struck by two comments that proved to he very true – you weren’t the type to ‘nickel and dime me to death’ and ‘if I commit to getting it done on time, i will.’ A major remodel is a work in progress, you took changes with a smile on your face and never saw them as an opportunity to bill more work. When we reviewed our final change bill, I was extremely pleased to see that it was about half of what it could have been. We consider our ‘phone book’ introduction a real blessing and now we consider you a real friend. I would and will recommend you with conviction to anyone who needs work done on their home.

Christine and I wanted to thank you and your great staff for the wonderful work done in connection with our home remodeling. Every member of your crew was very professional, always on lime, courteous and friendly. Of course, they were all extremely talented and detail-oriented which helped to give our home the fresh and contemporary look we were looking for. We really appreciate that you were willing to work within our budget and let us know if you could or couldn’t match a separate contractor’s bid. Having dealt with other contractors with ‘mixed results, we found that your honesty to be a rare and genuine quality. Good luck with all your future endeavors.

I am so happy with the end result of my remodeling. It looks as if nothing has been done, and was always that way seamless. Throughout the construction, your crew was on time, cleaned up daily and behaved in a professional manner. I really appreciate you taking the time before we even started to point out all the potential problems, hazards, and headaches. This gave me a realistic view of what was to come and therefore I had few unexpected surprises. When people come over to see the ‘remodel’, they always say, ‘what did you have done?’ That’s the best compliment when they can’t notice. I would recommend your company to anyone!

I am truly sorry that it has taken me this long to write this letter. That said, the construction project went as well as you said it would and it was finished on time, on budget and complete. Normally things happen that make the four-week project turn into a three-month ordeal. Quality, workmanship and the finished project was superb. The quality of materials, workmanship, and professionalism was above and beyond. The crew was respectful of our property, to Gail and me throughout the whole project, everyone showed up on schedule, on time and left the house livable each night. That really meant a lot to us. Bubba, (our dog), was happy too. Without a doubt, I would recommend your company for any home improvement project. Randy was always approachable and was in control of our project in all phases. If you can put a floor over the living room and make it look like it has always been there, any job could be given to you without question.  As you know, we plan to upgrade our kitchen and when it is time you will be contacted.

In January of 2003, I hired Randal Winter Construction to build a loft and add crown moulding in my home. After working with Randy, his office, and his workers, I would recommend his company highly to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced contractor. Randy’s office staff was very thorough, following up regularly. All of his subcontractors and workers were clean, polite and respectful of my home, my family, and our things. The work was done precisely in the time it was projected, an unusual thing in the world of remodeling. Randy was very ‘hands on’ with the project checking in numerous times throughout the day to ensure his subcontractors and workers were following his and my directions. In addition, he kept me informed entirely throughout the project, letting me know the status of each phase. The entire project was quick, clean, easy and stress-free. Because of randy’s experience, I had total confidence in him, which was reinforced continually throughout the construction. I would hire randy again for any future remodeling and give him and his company my highest recommendation.

I want to congratulate you on a job concluded and well done. I am thrilled with Ron’s carpentry in my family room, Eli and Norm are skilled painters, and Bob did a fine job on the water damage. I am so glad you suggested the vent in Mikey’s ceiling – yours was a far superior solution. The attic steps were a great idea and they operate beautifully. Thank you for relocating the framed quilt and hanging my odds and ends. You have a full-service operation.
