Randal G Winter Construction performed a full office renovation for our company, Semco Instruments, during the summer of 2011. This renovation comprised two break room renovations, office demolition and construction, lighting, wiring, carpet, epoxy floors, cabinets, and painting. The project included all areas including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, construction, and finishing. Randal G. Winter Construction did an excellent job in managing the project, keeping us informed, and meeting our expectations. All areas of the project were clearly explained and questions were asked to make sure there were no misunderstandings. Their project manager was a pleasure to work with, and always responded immediately to our requests, phone calls, questions, and needs. The work crew was always respectful of our business and property and was professional in all regards. In all cases they were professional and met superb quality expectations. We would not hesitate to use them again for a renovation or construction project at our facility. In addition, due to the quality of work done at our facility, several employees are requesting home projects from them as well!

Until the remodel of my bathroom, I had no experience with extensive construction. Of course, when you begin the process to remodel, you hear horror stories from friends and family regarding ‘contractors we have used.’  Upon my first visit with Randy and his staff, I had complete confidence in their ability. I was not let down. Six weeks promised, six weeks delivered. They delivered my beautiful dream bathroom on time with very little disruption.
