Step 1 — Free Consultation

Step 2 — Design & Engineering
Our team develops architectural plans and engineered drawings specific to your property and needs. You stay involved in the design process, not just handed a blueprint to sign off on.
Step 3 — Permits & Approvals
We manage the permit process with local jurisdictions in Ventura County, including plan check coordination and any required revisions. This step can take time — and experience helps navigate it efficiently.
Step 4 — Construction
Work begins on your agreed start date. You receive a project schedule and have a consistent point of contact throughout. Progress payments are structured to match work completed.
Step 5 — Final Walkthrough & Closeout
We complete a thorough punch list before you take occupancy. Every detail gets reviewed — because your satisfaction at the end is the point of everything that came before it.
